I usually can't take credit for any "good" photo. I found it on some Boston area website. I need to start properly crediting photos I take from other people's websites.

Mom's version: When the crowd had thinned out and I still didn't connect with Mike I didn't feel comfortable staying in the Park alone. I thought it would be better to join up with the crowd walking in the direction of our hotel, which I did. I expected Mike to be happy to see that I safely found my way back. Alas, that was not his reaction. Moral of the story: Even if you plan on staying together in a crowded situation, always take your cell phones along to avoid situations like this. How easy it would have been to find each other at the end, if we had our cell phones charged and with us (even if I tend to easily lose mine.)
